About the Position
At MDC Nordic, we are looking for an experienced consultant with an interest in working with Business Central and associated Power Platforms. Since 2016, MDC Nordic has achieved significant success in the public market by implementing, hosting, and providing support for Navision Stat. We are now in the midst of our growth journey with Business Central and other Microsoft products in the private market. We seek a dedicated professional who will help shape our continued success and contribute to our positive development.
Job Description
As a Lead Consultant with us, you will play a key role in managing projects for our clients, from the initial analysis phase to the completion of Hyper Care.
You will be a valuable addition to the Private department at MDC Nordic and will play a central role in the ongoing development of the department and our delivery model.
You will contribute to the development of your colleagues in both Denmark and Pakistan and will soon take on leadership responsibilities with direct reports.
Your Responsibilities
- Identifying and understanding customer needs and developing innovative designs within Business Central and Power platforms.
- Actively driving and participating in implementation projects.
- Ensuring that projects and solutions meet MDC Nordic’s delivery model.
- Engaging in sales work and other business development activities within the Private department.
- Leading employees both in Denmark and Pakistan.
- Participating in strategic decision-making processes and subsequent execution of those decisions.
- Contributing to an environment characterized by high professionalism and collegial collaboration.
Your Qualifications
Our business foundation is based on close partnerships with our clients, making it crucial that you are outgoing and service-minded. It’s important that you show interest in innovative technologies like Copilot and keep yourself updated with the latest changes from Microsoft.
As an individual, you should be characterized by your structured approach, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
We value flexibility in your workdays and expect you to naturally step in to help during busy periods. This flexibility is mutual and contributes to overall teamwork and efficiency in our processes.
We Expect You To Have:
- A higher education, preferably with a focus on business understanding and IT support in companies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with the implementation of Business Central.
- Experience in leading a team, focusing on employee development and ensuring quality in deliveries.
- A methodological and structured mindset that supports the assurance of deliveries.
- A customer and solution oriented approach supported by a good business understanding.
- A commercial understanding and experience with sales activities.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
