We're looking for a Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Business Central.

What will you be doing?
As a Lead Consultant, you’ll be part of a dedicated team where we succeed together, deliver innovative projects, and create real value for our clients. You’ll take on plenty of responsibility, work on exciting assignments, and have the opportunity to shape our growth journey.
You will play a key role in ourteam, where you will, among other things:
- Lead and deliver complex projects within Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform
- Work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are translated into value-creating solutions
- Provide support and guidance to your colleagues – both in Denmark and Pakistan.
- Have leadership responsibility for a small team, where you motivate, develop, and ensure a strong team culture.
- Be part of the sales efforts and business development through consulting and methodology development.

Who are you?
We imagine that you have experience with Business Central and are the type of person who loves finding solutions that create value – both for clients and colleagues. You stay updated on the latest technologies from Microsoft and see opportunities where others see challenges.
You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to collaborate, motivate, and build relationships with others.
We hope, therefore, that you have:
- A relevant education, e.g., in business or IT.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with implementing Business Central.
- Experience with team leadership and employee development.
- strong business acumen and a flair for sales activities.
- Fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken.
