Business Consultant in Microsoft Business Central and ERP Systems
Join the Journey
We are looking for YOU!
At MDC Nordic, we are looking for an engaged business consultant who is passionate about turning our clients’ needs into well-thought-out solutions. Are you interested in working with Business Central and Power Platform in both public and private organizations? And can you see yourself as a key player in a strong team with colleagues in both Denmark and Pakistan? Then you’re the one we’re looking for!

Your roll on the team:
As part of our team of business consultants, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to clarify their needs and find the best solutions based on Microsoft Business Central and Power Platform. You will be a key player in transforming complex requirements into practical solutions, and you will have plenty of opportunities to strengthen your relationships with clients and colleagues – both locally and internationally.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct business clarifications with clients and translate their needs into ERP solutions.
- Work with the implementation of Microsoft Business Central and Power Platform.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
- Create solutions based on standard features and ensure business value.
With us, every day is different, and we focus on creating value for both the public and private sectors. This means you can develop in exactly the direction that motivates you – whether it’s specialization or broader tasks.
Who are you?
You are a problem solver with a knack for accounting and good energy. Perhaps you already have experience with Navision or Business Central, or maybe you have a strong desire to learn it. The most important thing is that you’re willing to engage with people and turn their needs into solutions.
We hope you have:
- Experience or a desire to work with ERP systems like Business Central.
- A good understanding of accounting and the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- A proactive attitude and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
- A desire to make a difference and possibly a pedagogical sense that can help clients understand their solutions.
Previous experience as a business consultant is an advantage, but not a requirement. We believe that the desire to learn and contribute is just as important as your background.
We Offer
Terms of employment:
The position is initially 37 hours per week, and we offer a salary based on qualifications. With us, you don’t just get exciting tasks, but also a workplace where you can truly grow. You’ll get:
- Flexible working conditions.
- A workplace where your development and well-being are prioritized.
- A great lunch scheme and social events (both professional and social gatherings).
- An informal environment with room to think big – and make a difference
- Great colleagues who are always up for a chat over coffee or a game of table tennis.
